Sep. 30th, 2012 02:50 pmWe had our (VERY fulfilling) lunch at Nando's again! I always appreciate the times we get to have our lunch at Nando's because, really, their chicken --coupled with the grilled veggies and coleslaw-- are absolutely fulfilling. As usual, I ordered Chicken Espetada.

MENU:
4 pieces of chicken
4 squared-slices of capsicums
1 bowl of coleslaw
1 bowl of grilled veggies
1 glass of iced water

Sep. 27th, 2012 01:30 pmMama and I had our lunch at the hotel next door. Both of us had a beef steak each, and shared a plate of Caesar salad together. The fries were taken out and packed; which we shared with the rest of the colleagues when we got back to the office.

½ plate of Caesar Salad
½ of the steak (sebab tak larat nak habiskan)
1 scoop of salad
Plain water

Sep. 27th, 2012 08:10 amI actually felt full when I ate these stuff; which is surprising, sebab bila makan benda lain, mesti rasa lapar lepas tu. This made me full for 4 whole hours!

Sep. 26th, 2012 01:50 pmAgain, my mother and I were beginning to feel tired of eating the same thing from the cafeteria. So, we decided to have our lunch at Nando's (YAY!) instead. This was what I had:

So, I had this for breakfast. Pretty much similar to what I had yesterday; except it was omelette and there weren't beef pastrami.

1 sausage sliced in half
2 pieces of beef pastrami

Sep. 23rd, 2012 09:20 pmMama made this for dinner (for the first time). We bought the readily-marinated beef steak from Cold Storage and grilled them up for dinner.

MENU:
1 piece of steak
½ plate of steamed veggies (carrots, broccoli, green & yellow capsicums)
A bunch of salad leaves
A "pinch" of salad dressing
1 glass of iced water
